Because of this, the high beam is not available as a normal power wire at the factory plug, so a small amount of custom wiring is needed to pick up the low and high beam inputs manually from the factory plug.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe simplest fix is a high beam interface module such as the \u003cstrong\u003eCANM8 CANNECT HIGHBEAM\u003c\/strong\u003e, which reads the high beam status from the vehicle and outputs a clean switched 12V trigger to run the high beam.
