HPD's Mitsubishi Pajero direct replacement intercooler kit was designed as the factory intercooler was prone to leaking or being damaged due to its position and design. HPD's heavy-duty cores and tanks eliminated these issues and gave better efficiency than standard.
If you’re looking for something in a different position and a lot larger core with HPD's aluminum piping kit then have a look at the HPD series 2 intercooler kit. The series 2 intercooler kit offers better cooling again, is mounted higher and in front of the vehicle instead of under the vehicle is less prone to damage. The series 2 intercooler kit also enables you to be able to start thinking about tuning options for the increase of torque and power, with the reassurance of the HPD intercooler keeping lower intake and EGT temperatures.
HPD'S intercooler kits are designed to give increased performance, reliability, and consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures, you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
Kit features:
- This Kit is a Direct Replacement
- Bar & Plate Core 400x190x76mm
- Stainless steel laser cut bracketry
- CNC weld on bosses
- 57mmø intercooler piping
