Styleworx plastic offset mud flap was designed specifically to fit on the front of vehicles that are unable to run the standard mud flap.
Like other metal offset bracket Styleworx manufacture, the 25mm offset allows for more tire clearance with less chance of scrubbing when the wheels are articulating or turning. You have the ability to position the mud flap that is best suited for their application. The plastic is easy to work with meaning that when drilling holes to mount, as well as trimming the plastic with tin snips can all be done quickly to get these fitted to your vehicle.
Polypropylene plastic was chosen as it provides good impact resistance, considerable thermal resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. Other features and benefits of polypropylene sheeting that make it the most suitable plastic for Styleworx mud flaps are that it has high abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, and stress crack resistance as well as being stiff enough to hold its form as a mud flap yet flexible enough to contour to any guard.
The 25mm offset bracket is laser cut and CNC folded 304 stainless steel. Powder coated in satin black for a sleek finish. Black aluminum pop rivets are used to assemble the bracket to the plastic mud flap.
Mud flaps will come with hardware to mount to the vehicle.
